Is there a partner fee?
No. No joining fee, no annual fee, no volume commitment. The programme is funded by margin on subscriptions you bring or renew — so we only make money when you do.
How does deal registration work?
Register an opportunity in the partner portal before quoting. Once registered, that client is yours for 90 days — protected from other partners and from our direct team. Renewals stay attached to the registering partner.
Can we white-label the platform?
Reports are co-branded by default — your logo on every PDF and live link. Full platform white-label (custom domain, full chrome replacement) is available for partners running more than 25 clients on the platform.
What's the onboarding timeline?
Two weeks from signed MSA to your first client tenant. Week one is platform training and certification; week two is your first client. We provide playbooks for 3-day, 3-week and 3-month implementations.
Do we keep the client relationship?
Yes. We never sell direct into a registered partner's client. We do not contact your clients without your written approval — co-marketing aside. The contract is between you and them; Cybereen sits behind your service.
What if our practice is small — say, two consultants?
That's fine. A meaningful share of our partner network is two- to ten-person practices. There's no minimum client count and no minimum revenue. We'd rather have ten focused vCISOs than one logo-collector.
